Anushi: If the patient is unable to touch the tip of his toungue to roof of mouth which of the muscle of tongue affected

i think the intrinsic muscles play a role in turing the the apex upwards and downwards... longitudinal muscles to be specific
palatoglossus and styloglossus elevates tongue...but not the tip specifically..palato is involved in elevating the post part and stylo in elevati g the sides

best is sup long..which isnt an option
.the fourth option may be longitudinal muscles and not circular muscles as there arent any circular muscles of tongue. it maybe a typo

i wud go with stylo
